Two new carts open at Beehive Station!
It’s the middle of January in Oregon and our winter so far has been rather mild. We’ve had our fair share of rain, but we’ve also had several days of blue sky. The food cart industry thrives during the summer months and things really slow down during the winter. So, to have a food cart start up during January is almost unheard of. To have TWO open in January is absolutely incredible. When the sun is out, so are the patrons at Beehive Station. We hope you come visit despite what the weather outside is like.
